Does the 14-day free trial require a credit card?
Yes. We collect a card at signup so your access continues without interruption when the trial converts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard before day 14 and you won’t be charged.
What happens when I hit the Solo plan’s 250-document monthly cap?
Document processing pauses until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to Professional for unlimited processing. We send a heads-up as you approach the limit so the cap never sneaks up on you.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Pick Annual at checkout to save up to 17% — Solo $1,490/yr, Professional $3,490/yr, Firm $5,990/yr. You’re billed once for the year.
Can I cancel? Are annual plans refundable?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard — you keep access through the end of your current billing month and aren’t charged again. Annual plans are a yearly commitment and aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
Yes. Professional and Firm plans support adding or removing attorney and paralegal seats from Settings → Billing. Charges and credits are prorated to your current cycle.
